Jeanna Drechsler joins the Rutgers-Camden softball program after transferring from Camden County College, where earned a softball letter during the 2006 campaign. She hit .389 (44-for-113) with 10 RBIs and stole three bases in as many attempts.
Drechsler also ran a year of cross country at Camden County College.
A two-time softball team MVP at Timber Creek High School, Drechsler earned three varsity letters for Head Coach Diane Nelson. She was named to the Olympic Conference National Division First Team during her senior season in 2004. Drechsler also earned three varsity letters in cheerleading at Timber Creek, where she earned a Student Council Academic Award.
A Finance major at Rutgers-Camden who plans to work in an investment bank, Jeanna is the daughter of Natalie Pincus and Michael Drechsler of West Berlin.
