Dom Crocetti started six of his 22 games as a Rutgers-Camden freshman in 2006, collecting one goal and three assists for five points.

Crocetti notched his first collegiate goal during the Scarlet Raptors’ 2-1 loss at Montclair State University (Sept. 30). The Red Hawks were ranked 11th nationally at the time and went on to win the New Jersey Athletic Conference championship.

Crocetti’s first assist came in a 3-1 victory over Philadelphia Biblical University (Oct. 5), feeding Ryan Evans for the eventual game-winning goal. He also had an assist in an 8-0 victory over John Jay College of Criminal Justice (Oct. 9) and a 5-0 win over City College of New York (Nov. 9) in the ECAC Metro tournament.

Crocetti was a soccer and lacrosse letterman at Holy Cross High School. He played soccer for Coach Dennis Guida, the father of former Scarlet Raptors star Tom Guida. Crocetti earned a pair of Second Team All-Conference soccer honors at Holy Cross, capturing that honor during his sophomore and senior years. He also was a Second Team All-Conference lacrosse player as a senior and was an Honors student every year at Holy Cross High School.

An Accounting major at Rutgers-Camden, Dom is the son of Domenic and Franca Crocetti of Marlton.
