Komer earned three varsity soccer letters for Coach David Geyer at Williamstown High School. He was named as the team’s Most Improved Player during his sophomore season. As a senior in 2005, he helped the Braves capture the Tri-County Conference Royal Division title and earned the George Carini Award.
Komer also earned a pair of baseball letters and graduated with honors from Williamstown High School.
A Criminal Justice major at Rutgers-Camden, Chase is the son of Alexander and Teri Komer of Williamstown.
