2012 NJAC Champion Men's Soccer Team

Winning a conference championship once is a difficult accomplishment, but repeating as the champion may be even tougher. That’s exactly what the Rutgers-Camden men’s soccer team managed to do, however, with an impressive two-game performance in the New Jersey Athletic Conference playoffs Friday and Saturday nights on their own field. The Scarlet Raptors never trailed on the way to a 3-1 victory over Rutgers-Newark in the NJAC semifinals and a 3-0 shutout against Rowan in the championship game. The victories raised their season record to 16-2-2, extended their winning streak to six games and their unbeaten string to 10 games (8-0-2) and locked up their second consecutive berth in the NCAA Championships.
