Efren Cazales joins the indoor track program this winter after competing in one meet for the Rutgers-Camden cross country team during the 2007 fall season. He ran the Mixed 6K run at the New Jersey Athletic Conference Championships Oct. 27, posting a time of 23:04.36. He also competed with the Rutgers-Camden men’s club crew team.

        A key member of the 2006 Cumberland County College cross country team, Cazales helped lead his team to the Garden State Athletic Conference and Region XIX championships. The Dukes also finished second in the NJCAA Northeast Districts for Coach Jim Marketto.

        A Dean’s List student and a member of the Criminal Justice Club, Cazales is a Criminal Justice major at Rutgers-Camden. He is the son of Rolanda and Constentino Cazales of Bridgeton.
