Jaime Arias was a four-year baseball letterman at Salem High School for Coach C.J. Tortella. He captured Second Team All-Tri-County Conference Classic Division honors during his junior season before earning First Team All-Tri-County Conference Classic Division honors as a senior.
Arias was the First Team All-Salem County catcher as a sophomore, a junior and a senior. He also earned First Team All-Group 1 honors from the Courier-Postnewspaper as a senior catcher.
Arias played baseball three seasons out of the year. In addition to his scholastic ball, he played baseball for American Legion and South Jersey All-Star teams.
Arias’ interests and hobbies include playing sports and playing the guitar.
A Business major at Rutgers-Camden, Jaime is the son of Melanie Arias-Jerez of Quinton.
